They really \hold your hand\ through the whole process and are quite reassuring. I worked with Jesse and he did a great job answering all of my questions. The great service is to be expected as the price is not cheap.
Needed a passport in 13 days and got a 7 day expedite. Overall it was an excellent experience. It is obvious the team does this a lot by how efficient and knowledgeable each person is. It is equally obvious they are busy so I advise others about to go through this process to check and double check all the instructions, paperwork, and names/addresses you are provided because things happen quickly and the team will rattle things off like it is obvious even if it isn't. I always recieved quick responses to my emails and the phone was always answered by someone knowledgable. Like I said, overall it was excellent.

Paul and his team are AWESOME! I called Paul in a panic on a Tuesday morning when I realized my passport wasn't valid on a Tuesday and it arrived in time, despite a massive winter storm that covered the whole Eastern portion on the US. I was a nervous wreck throughout, but Paul continued to take my calls (even after business hours). Reviews on here that make reference to his staff being rude or short, but is a completely unfair assessment. He is direct, concise, and gives realistic and direct answers. I'll take that approach any day! Highly recommend!
