I was supposed to meet someone about installing an irrigation system for my new home. I rearranged my work schedule to meet on my site, only to get a call that day saying he was already at the property — hours before we were scheduled. I was told he would "take a look" by himself. NEVER HEARD BACK. Days went by without receiving the estimate. I gave them the benefit of the doubt — heck, maybe they got busy. Then weeks went by. So I tried calling and leaving voice messages. No answer. I tried emailing. No answer. I even tried contacting them on Thumbtack. Guess what? No answer. I can take a hint. I suppose my money is no good here. Probably a blessing in disguise.
I have used this company for an irrigation system. They have never completed job even though I paid them in FULL on the very next day .It has been more than 2 months now and everytime they kept giving excuses that they are busy. Extemely unprofessional service. I kept reaching out to them constantly via email and phone. I will not recommend this company. Atleast not paying them until they finish the job and is performed to the satisfaction.
