The staff was friendly and helpful. I met a staff member that used to work at the store that closed down in the Cary Town Center Dillard. She greeted me warm and friendly then took me to another staff member that could help me. She was good as well.

Lela in the women's fine fragrance department gives awesome customer service. She was patient and polite with my testing of several fragrances. No rush, she let me "be" as I chose my new year signature sent! Stop in and see her for all your men and women fragrance needs! You rock!
Yeah boy! I love the store inside this mall. It's called K.A. Indian Art. Love this store! The attendant was quiet yet very present. He wasn't watching us as if we were the thieves that took over with intent to destroyed their culture. Well it's shows up intact and I'm grateful for resiliency. I bought the best hippie bag. Thanks K.A. Indian Art.
They had EXACTLY what I was looking for! A nice long ankle-length skirt to wear to church or even just at home. The lady that helped me was very kind and helpful. She went way beyond what I would expect a department store worker to do, and I am very grateful for that. Thank you Dillard's for the beautiful skirt and amazing customer service!
I got an awesome deal after I missed the other awesome deal. And the gift wrapping service is a rear one that add for a great customer experience.
I now understand why most Dillards are closing. The customer service here is terrible. I went to a register downstairs where I parked and 2 men were working and told me their register is closed and go to another. I found another and she told me I couldn’t return a women’s item in the men’s department. So I went to the pajama and bra department and she told me I have to go to the department I bought it in. My mom bought it and is disabled so I was returning it for her and have no clue where that is. So I go upstairs and walk around to 4 different registers and can’t find a single employee. I finally come to the only employee I can find in the home department and told her I need to return this but I can’t find anyone working. She did it there. So if I can return in the home department why can’t I return it at other registers. Employees were all over downstairs doing nothing. But I guess they are too lazy to walk it upstairs, and if you go upstairs to the women’s department there are no employees in sight. There are plenty of other places to shop.
They sell good clothing and products, but the staff as really sketchy and unprofessional. Whenever they put a sale on anything the cashiers put whatever they want inside in the back room and usually there is nothing much left to purchase. I’ve had this happen a many times that I’ve gone and I have their top tier credit card and it’s supposed to give you the benefits of getting sale pricing 1 day before anyone who doesn’t have the card but everything is always in the back room. Ive had their card for over 10 years and this location is always hiring unprofessional employees. Like I said good products to buy but the employees are terrible.
Dillard's has always been my go-to department store because of their extensive shoe department and apparel options that fit me and my taste. However, today's trip was so disappointing. The style had turned old and matronly and there were not many options at all.
