Woah. Go here. They have a posted menu but be sure to ask what their daily items are. I think they have a few things that are first come, first serve. I asked if they had a croissant and super happy I did. Delicious. Looking forward to a second visit to try some loaves.

Boulted Bread boasts consistency and flavor. . Every visit I have had at BB has been the same in its excellent quality. The morning buns, chocolate croissant, and loaves have never faulted from its pillars of excellence and flavor. I believe if a croissants layers don't break and bow like leaves on a windy fall day, they lack depth and detail. Boulted has only presented beauty in a to-go box. . Furthermore, the employees should be recognized as more than employees. They are leaders in the service industry community and should be commended for their hustle during a pandemic. They have done nothing but serve with open palms, risking everything for their obligation in excellence. . Good bread.
One of the better bakeries in the area. The morning bun is awesome, especially warm. We picked up a mixed box and took it the a local park to enjoy. It was the perfect setting. I will say they are a little high in terms of price but you are paying for quality product and their pastries are huge. I’ve used their flour in bread before and it’s awesome. My only complaint is several of my pastries were a little on the done side for me which resulted in a slight bitter aftertaste.
Hands down the best spot for fresh-baked bread in Raleigh. The pastries are dangerously good and I swear the folks behind the counter have delightful good morning smiles. Life is better with Boulted.
One of my favorite bakeries in Raleigh. I love coming here for 2 good reasons: first the pastry here is made to perfection. A good croissant is hard to come by, let alone a fantastic one. This place certainly has one of the flakiest, buttery-est croissant that has just enough char and crunch for a perfect bite. All the other pastries here are amazing as well. Pull apart with raspberry jam and chocolate is mm... yum. A second reason I am always here is the cute set up. There are little container boxes around the property that surrounds you with flowers and herbs as you sit outdoors. Happy eating
