Long time customer at BBT. Took my son to this location three times to create a student account. Was turned away twice because they were \short-handed.\ Third time I called several times to find a good time to get this done. Come in at this time, and guess what - they tried to turn me away again and questioned who told me I should come in. I was like well who answered the phone at 9:22 am this morning and took my name down for 2 pm? Then she asks my son's age - I say 13, she says he has to be 15. I say your website says 13 (attached photo). She asks someone and says no can do. But the fact sheet she gives me says they can do under 15 with a parent co-signer. I point that out and she still won't do it. Probably the worst customer service I've seen, likely stemming from the fact that they completely understaff the location and had a backup on the drive through.

Horrible customer service. Made us wait outside for 20 minutes WITH AN APPOINTMENT and never let us in the building even after we spoke to two different people. I do not recommend anyone go to this bb&t. Cameron village bb&t is by far the better choice.
Customer service at this branch is worst I've experienced in quite some time from a branch bank reportedly wanting your business. Requesting copies of documents in a normal business route is hit with immediate roadblocks, even from the regional manager. Copies needed and required for a routine court transaction I'm told can't be given to customers WHO SIGNED THE DOCUMENT to begin with. It's not an INTERNAL document as he states and quite frankly he doesn't know the legal requirement.
Notified about suspected fraud and card is put on hold Sunday. Unable to reach customer service until noon on Monday. Automated system kept looping around with no ability to speak to a human. Finally called local branch on Monday, but of course, they can’t lift hold. Have to cancel card and get a temporary card. Not customer-centric at all. Lousy service.
The longest wait times, the lobby is closed, came on my lunch break, spent entire time in drive through, was late getting back to work
