Absolutely shocking service DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I cancelled an order by phone and they actually cancel it/arrange a refund. Then I ordered again and they sent me the wrong boxes and charged me for them. I then called and they refused to send me the correct ones same day even though their mistake would cost me custom. Took 40 mins on the phone to find someone who knew anything about my order. Turns out they happily took my money for boxes that they don’t even have on stock until Dec. IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND MONEY FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO BUY YOUR BOXES!

PLEASE think twice before ordering from here. I hate having to even give 1 star, zero should be an option where Rajapack is concerned. I purchased some boxes from them, which were misdescribed as plain white when they actually had logos all over and arrived damaged. I asked for a return, it took 3 weeks to get the boxes collected - after 7 phone calls and several emails with their office dollies. Once they finally acknowledged the return, 7 weeks had gone by and they tried to force me into taking 'credit' instead of a refund and at first refused to refund the original postage cost. I have never known any company to be as useless..! Its taken over 2 months to finally receive my money back. Appears others have been less fortunate.

I would not give you a star, but not other option I am very disappointed about the service provided.I have placed my order on Saturday and on Monday got an email saying that the products are not available.Checked online, still in stock.Rang the customer service and they said that part of my order is not available , but they can send what they have.Agreed on this! Today is Thursday and you advertise next day delivery!Rang customer service AGAIN to check if delivery on the way and SURPRISE!Nobody knows anything! DO NOT BOTHER TO ORDER FROM RAJAPACK, THERE ARE PLENTY OF OTHER COMPANIES REALLY LOOKING AFTER THEIR CUSTOMERS!
