Nice Indian food in Lyon with a reasonable price (16euros for a lunch menu with 3 courses). The soup I had was creamy and savoury, and its taste is elevated with hotly served naan bread. The fried egg plant was interesting too! I believe the chicken curry is a bit less tasteful when compared to authentic Indian curry, but it is still delicious with the rice (a mixture of white and yellow rice, carrots and cumin). My favourite is the dessert (which I believe is a saffron cake) as it surprised me with its rich and sweet flavour while the texture is airy and chewy. I love the contrast it had with the cream. The service is good and efficient, the waiter is humorous and is able to speak English. He even introduced the courses in the menu of the day in English so we know what to choose. All in all, I had a pleasant experience in this restaurant and very satisfied to have my stomach filled with nice Indian cuisine :)

Indian restaurant.. it's okay
Really one of the best tasting Indian dishes I've had by far (Madras, spiced up UK style on request). The service is fantastic too - just make sure you have a reservation as it can get busy.
