The bed we bought is good. The salespersons in here are not professional though. Too eager to sell and selling things not on stock while saying they are on stock. Also giving false hope about when the non-stock items will arrive. We felt like a little ripped off by the end of it.
Bought a bed from the shop, the bed itself, and it was on a good sale, but otherwise I wouldn't have bought from this store since the beds are quite expensive. The main issue falls upon the salesperson. He was trying too hard to sell, and was too busy throwing pitch-lines for a bunch of beds that he didn't fully heed the customer's needs. He also gave misinformation such as the stock availability and delivery time, (it took the product nearly a month to arrive eventually), there was also the issue of side products that he made appear as though are included in the deal, but at the end it wasn't so. Luckily, the bed ended up being good, but during the whole selling was uncomfortable and repelling.
Sellers are too eager to sell and straigh up lie to you about discounts, delivery times and stock availability. There are some good deals some times but I recommend finding out about quality and prices yourself and don't trust what the seller tries to tell you
Erittäin huonoa palvelua. Kauhea kiire vaan myydä. Asiakkaan kysymyksiin ei vastattu kunnolla, vaan vastaukset olivat ympäripyöreitä, tai mikä parasta, yhteen kysymykseen vastattiin \mitä sinä sillä tiedolla teet
Myyjät istui yhdessä (3 nuorehkoa miestä) eikä kukaan nostanut edes päätään kun käveli sisään, kiersi kaupan ja käveli ulos. No, en tykkääkään et myyjä juoksee kantapäillä, mutta ei tuokaan kivaa ole.
Iloista ja hyvää palvelua.Tuotteen vaihto sujui paremmin kuin odotinkaan , menen kyllä uudestaankin
