Really friendly service and the minibus we hired was very clean. I can highly recommend them and would definitely use them again. We were given all the information we needed to avoid any further charges. The vehicle was perfect for our needs and I cannot fault the service we received or the minibus we hired. Hired my van from west last week to move from Rainham to Whitstable arrived early to pick up the Luton van and was met with a very lovely lady called Paula, she was very informative and showed me around the van the van was spotless and clean she made a note of any damage before handing me the keys on return the service was just as good and received my deposit back in my account two days later, if you need a van then look no further they are also cheaper than other hire van companies.

Had a very good experience last Saturday. We needed a van to rent very last minute due to we wanted to collect few sofas. We called and everything went very smooth and quick. My father in law hired a van at the weekend and received excellent service. It was an easy process to hire the van and they were very friendly. When my father in law left ours to take the van back to drop off at the end of the day, he took some rubbish from ours with the intention of taking it to the dump on the way back but this couldn’t be done due to the skip not allowing him in, so he took back the van and was going to get a cab back to collect the rubbish, however the lovely man that he spoke to here at West’s (sorry i am not sure of the name!) offered to drop him home to collect his own van in order to get the rubbish instead of my father in law having to get cabs. This is above and beyond what we would have expected, such a kind person to help him like that! So thank you so much, will definitely be hiring from you again if needed in future.
