Reading the reviews I will write exactly the same. I booked last week and had a no show, without an email or a call. On the confirmation email you received after booking, it does say it is not 100% confirmed BUT in case of a reschedule they would contact you by email or phone call; as everyone not a single contact. I booked them again this week, for everyday I can, matching with my post code but thought to give them a call today, so I can plan my day... surprise you press 1 for booking line is closed / press 2 to explain how it works a robotic voice explain how it works and for the joke said you can call them on the same number (obviously not possible) / press 3 to know where is the driver line is closed / press 4 to complain line is closed ... how convenient. On the website their is no « contact » link... I believe this company is just close and haven’t close their website ... That the only reasonable option I can find or is that really a team of none professional people??? But closing a company and not letting the public on their website ... that does look unprofessional...

Didnt want to believe the bad reviews because I have used them many times before with no issues, however they were a no show wednesday just gone, had a confirmation email but no email or phone call for explanation why they didnt show, I re-booked on wednesday for a pick up today giving the benefit of the doubt and again, confirmation email but no show, no call or email to explain why they havent come. I waited in twice. So unbelievably rude to do that. I phoned, cant get through to anyone. I emailed, no reply. Disgusting and highly unprofessional. Definitely won't bother with you again.

I booked an appointment and no one arrived. I have since tried to phone them to reschedule, but haven't been able to get through to anyone. I wouldn't bother wasting your time.

Same storey. Booking confirmed but no show, no email, and no phone answer. Waited all morningg/afternoon. Use Teddy's cash 4 clothes instead, they arrived just as planned.

Don’t waste your breath calling any of these ‘cash for clothes’ company’s including this one. Called them for a booking and said they were coming last Tuesday. Bearing in mind I did look in the comment section and saw bad comments everywhere but I still took it upon myself to still try it out. Bad experience that’s all I can say.
