DONT COME HERE! terrible service, they do not fix your problem but make new problems as well as selling faulty mobiles. 0 stars, dont waste ur time or money :((((
Increased price of repair after I had rung to ask the price. Said it would be ready the next day. Again this changed and became 2 days later. When I went to pick up the phone it hadn't been repaired because only a blue screen was available instead of a black one. Shop did try to ring me but didn't leave a message so I drove from Bingley only to find out the job hadn't been done. No apology just rudeness about the whole situation and that I should have picked up my phone (I am a teacher so couldn't). Also lied that he'd rang twice. I left and took my phone to be repaired elsewhere. I do not recommend at all.
I came here to repair my iPhone 7 and the screen was cracked but it worked and my sound and microphone was perfectly fine I came to the shop to repair my screen he said it’ll take up to 4 hours and I said can’t u do it faster coz I need to go somewhere he said in an hour time it’ll be done I said fine he charged me 30 I came back in an hour and the phone was fixed so I went home to set up the phone and as I was on Snapchat and my mate sent me a voice note i could hear them but they couldn’t hear me so I called Siri but it wouldn’t work and.I even went on WhatsApp and rang my mates to see if It’ll work but it didn’t so I rang the shop and they said it isn’t their problem even tho it was perfectly fine before I got the phone repaired!
Took my phone for repair, all my family use these guys, needless to say the repair was dealt with promptly, a slight hiccup, but was resolved immediately, the staff members are top guys, especially Rahim, nothing was too much trouble for him, this shop is well established and has a lot of repeat customers as their reputation for their standard of work and repairs is reliable and affordable, I travelled from Halifax to have my phone repaired here, dont go to the high street shops, go here where you are assured of a great service, at a great price... Cheers Guys Steve ( Halifax )
