Absolutely stunning and beautifully restored period home decorated with fitting antique furniture which could easily fall out of the pages of a home beautiful magazine. The hosts are a very humble and down to earth couple and extended a warm welcome to us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with our pet jasper (who I admit was exhausted after all his running around) and highly recommend this property for all. As someone mentioned in one of the reviews it is a world class property.

Absolute tranquillity and the best customer service I've ever received. Such an inviting and affordable place that any person would be happy to visit. Very accommodating towards my puppy that isn't quite experienced in spending the night outside by himself, all attempts were made to ensure our stay was comfortable and worry-free regarding our fur baby. The place itself is stunning as you drive up to the front door, the rooms are spacious and elegantly decorated with beautiful antique furnishings. Even after arriving late into the night we were greeted as though any guest would hope to be treated. Couldn't ask for anything more and we (my partner, puppy, and I) hope to stay here again.
Whilst this was my first visit my wife and mother in law have been numerous times. Everything from the rooms to amenities were expectational, with freshly laid eggs as well as juices and milk and much more stocked in the fridge this place is just the bliss. A perfect little escape into the country side. Thank you Marie and David we will be back again soon :)
Such an incredible experience for staying at Palmyra B&B. Maria and her partner are very friendly and the best hosts I have seen. Room was super clean and well presented in a vintage style. Downstairs swimming pool can be the best place to chill out especially in the hot summer. Continental breakfast means that you can cook any breakkkky you like. I had my vegmite toast and cereals with berries. Their puppy Leo is very cute and so friendly to guests. We would highly recommend this amazing place to any customers and we will definitely come back.
Truly relaxing and peaceful. The pictures dors not render the quietness and beauty of the place. We had a relaxing night and we able to let go and recharge.
My wife, baby, dog and I stayed here as a stopover to break up our last trip from Sydney to the north coast. Only a small detour from the motorway, Palmyra was pleasantly surprising! Room was spacious, warm and inviting. Guest facilities were generous, host was very welcoming. Overall couldn’t fault, and reasonably priced to boot! Next time we’ll make sure we book a room with an ensuite (with a baby would have just made it easier), but certainly couldn’t fault the b&b. Will return for sure!
I recently had too book accommodation short notice and the owners at Palmyra were so kind and accommodating. The rooms are beautifully presented and they provide everything you need for breakfast. Highly recommend.
