I found the whole order to collection process, the easiest I've ever encountered. Website was easy to use, well laid out and easy to use/understand. If arranging collection like I did, they ask you to phone them prior and not just turn up, they actually phoned me! Lovely woman too. I told them I'd be arriving about 9am on Saturday (this morning) and on arrival was greeted professionally and they had the details to hand. Entrance to the site was controlled and after confirming who I was, instructed/directed me to where my sleepers were. Laid out neat and tidy, I couldn't fault the quality even after I got to my installation site, remember they are a natural product! I even mentioned to the chap it's the best order/collection experience I've had. The yard is well laid out and organised. I wasn't overly keen on the estimated delivery cost but as i collected mine saved on that. I would thoroughly recommend these guys!

Really friendly and efficient service - will use again for future projects.
Very quick service and good quality sleepers
Excellent experience overall. There was a huge variety of sleepers and the staff were very helpful. I wanted to make a few raised beds and was given advice about how to construct them, the fixings and the type of sleepers to use for the look I was trying to achieve. Delivery was arranged quickly and I am delighted with the end result!
I visited the yard with thoughts of buying some used railway sleepers. With excellent advice both from the office and the yard I bought some Jarrah. I now have steps that will last a very long time.
