A wonderful experience. Professional service and good value for money. I didn't think they were many honest people still around but this gentleman gave back to me what I had accidentally overpaid. Would definitely recommend.

Went for earpiercing. Assistant was helpful, put us at ease and talked us through the process. Was friendly and swift.
We were quoted cheaper price over the phone but the price went up when we visited the shop. We went to get nose and ears pierced. We were told the saline solution would be included but he was charging me additional for it. The man denied the phone conversation initially even though it had clearly been him and then brought some old man from the back claiming I must have spoken to him even though he couldn’t speak a word of English and we’d spoken to an English speaking person on the phone. The customer service was appalling and none existent. Both men proceeded to ignore us and deal with new customers. The main guy kept going into the back or leaving us to do ‘other’ work. We were his only customer at the time but he didn’t give us his full attention. He was rushing us at points, didn’t like answering standard questions, was extremely rude, standoffish and arrogant. He kept contradicting himself when it suited him and was clearly not beyond lying to sell anything. Ethically not the type of person I would want to give my money to. He was going to use the same gun and type of piercing for the nose which seems suspect. He didn’t aspire me with any confidence that he actually knew what he was doing. I certainly didn’t feel comfortable letting him near my daughter to pierce her ears and nose. We walked out as he didn’t put us at ease if anything he was rushing us and didn’t seem to care that he was being rude. Don’t go there if it matters that you want to be at ease and dealt with in a friendly manner and there is transparency in pricing. We ended up going to Punjab jewellers where it cost less than half price and they did an excellent job. They were friendly and put us as ease.
Just brought some stunning gold studs at very reasonable price, the assistance that help me was very knowledgeable, kind and friendly. Definitely recommend this place.
Got my daughter ear pierced and they were really friendly. Great customer service definitely recommend going there.
