The clerk was unknowledgeable of the phone service
My husband bought me a phone o 12/30/2018. He bought an LG dynasty. They set it up but did not make an incoming call on the phone. I could text and call out but could not receive incoming calls. So I take the phone up there today to be fixed, and am told after a lengthy conversation with tech support they can't do anything because it has been more than 7 days. I didn't notice it until yesterday when people tried to call me and couldn't get me. So I wasted 118.67. The manager said there isn't anything they are willing to do.
