Ordered breast & wing dinner. Was told it would be 15 min til chicken up. Told them fine. It would take that long to get to window. (Not being ugly) Waited above line and got home and had a thigh and wing.

The main reason we eat at Bojangles is seasoned fries. Well get food to go get home......no season on fries.

We are visiting from Dallas, Tx wanted to check BoJangles out. Had a really large order yesterday and expected there to be mistakes. Some of he staff was rude but the nice ones were really nice. The food itself was really really good, coffee was Great and although we were missing 10 orders of hash brown rounds, we decided to visit with a simple breakfast combo order for 1 this morning with coffee. The Cashier at the drive thru kept getting the order wrong trying to add a second combo or a second sandwich and was argumentative . Yeah, we left without finishing our order. Bottom line, yes, we like Bojangles but no to that location.... employee attitude isn't worth it.

Ordered a 12 piece supreme dinner tonight. The food was good, but the girl (lighter skin, slim) at the drive thru window had her mask under her chin and was constantly hovering over my open box of food. With Hoke County being a hotspot for Covid right now, I’m just a little aggravated that this store isn’t taking the proper safety measures to keep customers and staff safe.
