AVOID THIS PLACE. On New Year’s Eve I ‘pre ordered’ a takeaway at 11pm for that evening as I knew it would be busier than usual. At 5.30 I had a notification on just eat saying they had received my order. They said it would be with us by 6.50 but by 8.30 there was no sign of it. At 9 o clock I decided to go down to the take away as it was clear they had taken the phone off the hook as they were getting so many calls chasing the food!!! When I got there I met around 6 or 7 unhappy customers who were all in the same boat as me and wanting refunds/ to complain. How GREEDY to continue taking orders when they KNEW they couldn’t facilitate it or meet the demand?? When I confronted the man behind the desk and said I wanted my money back he just said ‘get it from just eat’ they marked my delivery as ‘delivered’ so I am now struggling to get my refund back!!!!!! They absolutely ruined mine and others New Year’s Eves!!!!! Avoid these dodgy money grabbers at all costs if you have any sense.

They will accept orders they know they can't fulfil. Placed an order at 6pm - by 20:30 it wasn't delivered - an hour after the ETA. Take my advice and steer CLEAR. There are plenty of other Indian takeaways to choose from.
Zero stars if I could! Do NOT order from them. Our last order we placed took 1 hour and 20 minutes. We let it slide thinking it must have been a busy Thursday night or something, but we did have two items missing that they refused to let us have after we called them, and advised we'd have to request a refund through the JustEat app. Our latest order... We still haven't received! 3 hours and 20 minutes after ordering it's been posted as delivered and they're not answering the phone. Tried requesting a refund via the app to say we'll only get half our money back as they've delivered the food? We never received it! Joke of a restaurant. If they can't keep up with orders then they 1. Shouldn't accept new ones, and 2. They shouldn't lie on the phone claiming the order is on its way an hour after it should have arrived, just for them to no longer answer the phone when the food hasn't been delivered when they said. Utter shambles. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
Ordered from the just eat app at six o clock last night and told it would be dilivered at quarter past seven, the dilivery time changed then to quarter past eight. At nine o'clock we tried to call 15 times in total but no answer. Food arrived at ten minites past midnight when we were all in bed! And by the time we got downstairs the driver was gone! We only know it was him as we could see him on our CCTV. Without a doubt the worst takeaway expieriance I've ever had. To top it off I received a message from just eat this morning tell me the restaurant won't give me a refund as their restaurant was busier than usual. Six hours for a Dilivery is just taking the piss! And thank you just @justeat or your lack of help too!
Do NOT order anything from this place. Waited over 2 hours for an order, and after repeatedly being told the order was on its way, when we rang for a final time I was told the delivery driver had gone home! And they weren't bringing the order. The guy on the phone seemed to think it was funny! Now I've read the other reviews, this seems to happen a lot.... I hope this place goes out of business - horrendous service.
