If I could give 0 stars I would. What a horrible, rude shop this is! I went to get 30 electric on my key but the machine failed even though they had already taken payment from my debt card, so rather than try to do it again this beast of a woman gave me back the uncredited key and told me I had to wait for the 30 to be credited back into my account leaving myself and 3 children with no electricity or anymore funds to get some elsewhere. The sweaty, over weight hippo is uncaring, rude and couldn't careless about mcColls customers..avoid!
