Christian from Fire and Water replaced our boiler last week. We were delighted with the service. Christian arrived on time as arranged with us on each of the days that he worked. He worked in an appropriately covid-safe manner. He left our kitchen tidy and such that we could still cook the meals we needed to. The new boiler is a huge improvement on our old one and we were really pleased with the advice he gave when we were choosing the new model. We would definitely contact Christian again as our first choice for a plumber. We generally contact by email and hear back in a good timeframe.

I would recommend Christian to anyone. He has installed a new bathroom in my house. He was very patient and listened to my requirements and design ideas and provided an amazing transformation. He was always on time, kept me updated with the progress and discussed any issues as the job was in progress so we could make decisions where required. The job finished on time and came in on the agreed price. He was clean and tidy and a pleasure to have working in my house.
Outstanding service from this company. I had a broken garden tap which resulted in me having to turn off my water supply. Within 2 hours of my call Christian arrived and fitted a replacement tap having made some essential modifications. Such a pleasant, friendly and professional service from him. I recommend Fire and Water without hesitation and would certainly use their services in the future. Skilled tradesman at every level.
Christian treats my elderly parents with great respect and fairness, and is one of the only people that they will allow into the house. He is a good communicator and very easy to make arrangements with.

I couldn’t recommend Christian enough, he replaced our boiler as a priority straight after the new year. He also went out of his way to lend us heaters over the Christmas period until he could get the boiler installed, which allowed us to stay in our own home with the family. A friendly, professional service, he answered any questions or concerns promptly and I would not hesitate to call on Christian again.
