The partial hospitalization program was a great help to me. The program incorporates talk group therapy, one on one therapy and family sessions as needed, along with yoga, art therapy, music therapy, and holistic therapy. I would definitely recommend this program to anyone interested.

This is the most unethical place to go to. The therapist told us to pay first and that they would refund us after our insurance company processed the claims related to my husband’s hospitalization the week before, which would cause us to hit our deductible. We ended up reaching the deductible and still ended up paying over 900 out of pocket to the Light Program. However we never received the proper refund because the Light Program did not submit the claims on time and also did so incorrectly, because they never sent the proper documentation to the insurance company, even though we reached out to the Light Program repeatedly about this. We got official statements from United Health that clearly showed that we should not have paid anything to the Light Program. We called the Light Program’s billing department numerous times and they still have not taken any action. We even mailed them a letter on two separate occasions with the insurance statements and never heard back from them. This has been going on since 2016. This is completely unacceptable. The treatment that we have received from these people and the overall professionalism of this organization is horrible; we will strongly discourage anyone from utilizing the Light Program’s services.

Charlie May is the BEST.! PATIENTS & psych adore him. By then end of the class I had some new coping mechanisms.. I had known Charlie from The Horsham out program. I drove 40 min each way for several weeks. The ride was well worth it and gave me quiet time to reflect on the conversations in DBT
