I was looking for entry level positions in IT because I’m switching careers. Despite the terrible reviews from google and word of mouth about this place I decided to give it try. What I discovered is that this place is probably one of the most unprofessional places I’ve ever encountered. There were times when i would setup phone interviews with people and they wouldn’t call or would be 1 HOUR LATE! It’s obviously happened on multiple Occasions, and I tried to be understanding but after the third time I decided to move on.

I worked with Christian at TekSystems and I could not of had a better experience. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, friendly and informative especially regarding the specific landscape we are operating in today. I did not know what to expect, but I had to give this company 5 stars because I had a 5 star experience. Thanks so much Christian
Started working with a recruiter about a year ago. We met in person and they were very professional. They mentioned two opportunities I qualified for. I sent my resume and cover letter over, never heard a response. Couple months later I get a call from them asking how I am (at a job I found) and they say they have another opportunity. Same thing happens. I'm ready to cut off contact now. Fast forward 8 months, contact again. Same thing repeats, but I take the assessment which seems outdated by today's standards (asked about XHTML and Bootstrap 2 - I know HTML5 and Bootstrap 3/4.) They email me with yet another job, I respond with updated documents, and I haven't heard anything since. TL;DR Don't give me false hope in this company helping me. Don't bother sending me a job if you aren't going to do yours. To answer previous review responses: The only way to apologize is to do your job for future candidates - not me, since I'm out and I can't trust you.
I had the opportunity to visit their facility. It's in a nice area and it's well kept. The staff is top notch. I am currently working with them to further my career...so far, so good! Kaitlin has been great with her communication to me and it is greatly appreciated. I look forward to future business opportunities working with them.
I took their assessment test twice in 4 years to improve my chances of landing a web developer role and did well each time at their Radnor office. You would think they would promote you better by your experience and good scores but they don't. I got a call a couple weeks ago from a newbie recruiter that wanted me to come in again and do another assessment test. I told them enough is enough. You guys don't care and I will not participate with this firm anymore unless they can get their act together. Expect skepticism and disappointment if they contact you.
