Had dinner there last night to celebrate my son's graduation. The food sadly was just edible, my expectations were clearly too high. What I thought was unforgivable was what they did when we pointed out that we had been served the wrong vegetable item. We had ordered the Spicy tofu dish with tomatoes and scallion. What we received was the braised chinese eggplant dish with tomato. When I pointed out the mistake to the our server, he took it back and reappeared a few minutes later with tofu added to the eggplant dish. We decided not to pushour luck with the chef. It was our first visit and will also be our last.

I ate there with a group of 30. I had heard about Susanna Foo's for years, so was really looking forward to it. Sadly, from my experience, it didn't match the hype. The food was not exceptional. The Hors d'oeuvres were good, but fairly typical. Then came crab cakes which were extremely disappointing. They really didn't have any flavor. My entree was Braised Short Ribs, which was terrific! It was the one thing that I had that really stood out. Finally, a chocolate cake for dessert. Again, it really didn't have much flavor. Positives were the ambiance and the service, both topnotch. From my experience, this is a fairly average Asian fusion restaurant, not one of the top in Radner.
