Atrocious! Ordered online and paid 25:50. Nothing arrived for 3 weeks so a polite email to them. Said they were out of stock and would "Refund". Nothing after 10 days, so asked again, then told that the payment hadn't gone through so there was no refund. I then sent proof the payment from 'Sage Pay' had gone through via my bank statement to their shop, but he still refused, and kept telling me to go back to 'Sage' who in turn told me they were only intermediaries and couldn't get involved. I had to hike into my bank who then referred me back to the credit card processor. There was Zero empathy from this guy and when I suggested his lack of consideration, I got this: "no need for me to apologies as i have done nothing wrong but please send them the copies i have send you, RAJ SHAH" Simply one of the most Appalling online transactions I've ever made! No product, and out of pocket. DON'T BUY ANYTHING ONLINE FROM THIS SHOP, and DOUBLE CHECK ANY CARD TRANSACTIONS. It saddens me to have to leave negative reviews, but be Warned...

Really great little local health shop. Snacks and nibbles, beauty products and supplements. Nice staff too :)
Cowboys - owe my pensioner mother 83.55 after accepting payment for goods they never had and sent something completely different. Vile business that doesn't respond to mails or send monies owed. Avoid like the plague!
