Being from Michigan this was our first experience with Bojangles. And we loved the food. Me and daughter split the 4 piece Chicken supreme meal and loved it so much ---- had to have it for the next 2 days. Highly recommend

After taking nearly 30 minutes to receive the to-go order, the biscuits were severely under-cooked and doughy, so doughy that they were sticky from under cooked dough and were not edible. Save yourself a ton of time, money and a potential health issue and eat elsewhere.

Went into the lobby expecting the same scamdemic lack of service that all others are trying to offer. Found that the store was open and ready for service. All the staff was on point and working very hard to satisfy customers. Food was just fine. First time in a long time that I have felt I was treated like a customer should be. I will be going back regularly to enjoy what other places are refusing to offer. Kudos to the owner.
Ive been to at least 100 different bojangles and this one is by far the least consistent. 12 piece meal with no sauce... i buy 25 worth of chicken tenders and you give me 0 sauce..
Excellent food from this Radford Bojangles on Lee Highway. I loved my Cajun Club! It was delicious but the service is too slow! Had to wait 15 minutes for the Cajun Club and fries! It should not take so long! Employees were nice but were a little unprofessional. One employee pulled their mask off and started getting mad about the mask requirement! I told the manager they took the mask off. The manager scolded the employee in front of me and another customer! The manager used a very vulgar word towards the employee I won’t repeat. They shouldn’t be using vulgar language especially managers! The manager asked me not to report the store to corporate and to give them a second chance! Manager seemed really worried about me calling corporate! I didn’t even mention calling!
Never open on time , been thru many times 530 to no one answering to take order so I take my business elsewhere. I have witnessed others do the same
Bought a 12 piece tender and spent 30 dollars today and they didn't put my sauce in the box you would thank something as simple as that wouldn't be forgotten so in other words had to eat 12 dry tenders!
