I can highly recommend Radcliffe Glass. A hard working and professional company who we used for Bifold doors and windows in our home last year. Dispute all the pressures caused by the Pandemic, the team socially distanced and supplied quality products. We had to call them back to get a few small bits tweaked, nothing was too much trouble. Very happy with our doors and windows.

Wouldn't use this company again. Was the second time we had, on the first we had ordered and paid for a plasterer in the quote but on the fitting day it turned out this hadn't been sorted. Thinking it was a one off we used them again. Damien who measures up is great but aftersales are shocking. Our windows have gaps appearing due to the poor sealant job which makes a noise in the wind. Had to get them out and the guy resealed them but struggled to see what was wrong! (How when it's clear in the pictures what's happening!) But the problem has come back. Contacted them again as they seemed to be active on Facebook again looking for new customers towards the end of lockdown and was promised by Clive that the issue would be sorted without question once they were back in work after lockdown. That was almost 2 months ago since that promise and have heard nothing since. Have gone with a competitor (Also in Radcliffe) to sort this issue and to replace our last few windows.
Brilliant service from everyone at Radcliffe. We have recently had all our windows replaced and are thrilled with them. It's made such a difference and we would highly recommend this company. Thank You!
We had Origin bifold doors fitted this week by the amazing team at Radcliffe Glass & Windows. They are experts in their field, the products are top quality. Our fitter Steve was always on time daily and super dedicated to his craft, he was so tidy in the removal of our old doors, and the making good after the fitting of the new ones was superb. Its not often you get a trade in your home that delivers on exactly what they promised WELL DONE ! Clive & Kelly communicated regularly with us so we had no doubt on expectations, time scales & costings. Highly recommended ......
Brilliant all round service. From start to finish i felt they really cared and appreciated our business and the end result on our two new doors looked fantastic. This was not an easy job due to the age and size of the doors but looks perfect. Would definitely recommend.
