I had been to the store before but it seems to have gone down hill. it used to have some cool fun stuff in addition to the standard military clothing and such, which is important of course, but now it seems like the inventory is much lower and not as interesting. Still a nice place to check out if you are in the area but I would not go out of my way unless you really needed something specific.

So far the ordering experience hasn't been very pleasant. U.S. Calvary offered a good price on an item I was looking for so I placed an order for the item, paid for the item was shipped the WRONG item. Ok, no problem things happen. I contact a store representative, she stated that she would look into the error and even though I was only looking for a return authorization which should have taken only thirty seconds or so to approve, said that she couldn't resolve the issue at that time but would give me a call back the next day by noon. Well noon the next day came and went. I then call their store and wait on hold for nearly forty minutes until another representative answers. At first he attempts to redirect my situation back to the original representative with the comment that he would have her return my call, nope, that wasn't happening. Eventually after a little direction he did look into the situation and while he couldn't explain why it happened he did e-mail a return authorization. After receiving the return authorization, I packaged up the item and delivered it to Fed-Ex for its return. Well that's been nearly two weeks ago and despite numerous attempts to contact U.S. Calvary by phone and e-mail, I'm unable to get even a simple update on the returned items status. So now if they don't respond adequately to my next e-mail I'll be forced to contact my credit card company and deny payment and place a complaint to the appropriate consumer regulatory agencies. So order at your own risk.

We just recently placed our 1st online order. Not knowing until we received part of the shipment, that most of the order is on backorder!!! The packing list didn't even mention when items will be available. They could do a lot better by at least letting their Customers know what and when they will receive their products. Most likely not to place order again.

Still haven't received my order two months later. No emails for back ordered items. Customers service phone number is down. Do your self a favor do business elsewhere!

I ordered four pairs of UA Tactical Socks in a size Large. I received the socks in X-Large. I have tried to get in touch with U.S. Cavalry by email and by phone numerous times since I received the order and cannot get a response. Absolutely the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. Do not order from this company.

Similar experience to other reviewers. Ordered online, no shipping update or status other than "awaiting fulfillment". Conveniently (or on purpose???) customer service line is down, and they didn't respond to several emails I sent. So only way to contact these people is via FACEBOOK! Facebook person was helpful, but I just got strung along for another 10 days, after having no status update during the first 10 days. Cancelled my order (if that's even possible???) and going elsewhere with my business from henceforth. Do yourself a favor and don't even get started with this unreliable place.

I've been into this store several times throughout my life and always loved it, however my first and only online ordering experience has been HORRIBLE. I ordered an item on Nov 22nd - it's now Feb 22nd and it STILL has not shipped. I was repeatedly told it's on back order and that the manufacturer is probably also playing catch up with orders. Come to find out this same item is in-stock and ready to ship on at least 4 other websites. I find it EXTREMELY difficult to believe such a small item has been on back order for 3 months. I will NEVER order from this company again.

Just placed and order online July 5. Received an automated email response saying order was" In Process". I emailed them on July 9 with no response as of today July 11. So I called the 800 # waited 20 minutes to talk to someone. They told me the 5 items I ordered are on back order and it will take 2-4 weeks before they come in. I had to change the sipping address over the phone and hope this actually ships within the next month. Very disappointed and won't be ordering from them again.
