I usually don't have an issue but this was too much. I don't like eating ham and my sandwich (spicy iltalian) had ham and pepperoni instead of salami and pepperoni asked for spinach and go figure there was no spinach. Not sure where there was a communication breakdown I went through the drive-thru. The youg lady was pleasant but they lost my order and so she had to fill out another form for my order again.

I got chastised in front of all the customers because I apparently was sitting at the wrong set of tables. They should be more specific on where you can sit at.
If I could I would give 0 stars. Everytime I come here I get the worst customer service ever. And it’s by the manager at that. Believe me I asked to speak to the manager and he rudely said well that is him. I just came to get subway for my whole family. I said I needed 4 foot longs and he huffed in the drive through speaker. Then once I continued to order, two of the subs were half and half so they were different. He got an attitude and laughed at me when I started to tell him the rest of my order. I told him he was being very rude and to not laugh at me when I stated I had multiple foot longs. He was very rude and very unprofessional. I will NEVER go back to this subway again. I definitely suggest you don’t either.
I’ve been coming here for years and most likely will not be returning. Last night I got two foot longs for my husband and me, and we’ve been in and out of the restroom all last night and today, my face is flushed so I’m pretty sure we got food poisoning considering it was the only thing we had eaten yesterday. Called and spoke to someone for a refund and was told there’s nothing they could do. Maybe wash your food? With this being said, we will take our business elsewhere.
I went up there and ordered a BLT toasted with no cheese add mayo. I get some pepperoni turkey sandwich. We take it back then once they bring it out it's a bacon and cheese only sandwich. Went back up and they said that I had to be more specific on what I wanted. Then once I get my THRID sandwich... It's still wrong. It had cheese on it. I didn't evem bother to go back up and get it fixed again but they need to listen to the customers better.
