For about the last 1-2 weeks, my fiance and I have frequented this location, being here for typically two meals a day. We were approached being accused of destroying the bathrooms and stealing, they also claimed we stole a sign; however video footage would prove otherwise. We were again approached a couple of days ago by three employees outside and told to leave, no reason was given. The general manager (Jess) then proceeded to very loudly declare that we are "homeless," which, whether true or not, it would be no one's business. We quickly grabbed our belongings and left, while other patrons observed. Today we went back to grab lunch; thinking nothing of it, and were told by yet another manager, "I'm not sure I'm allowed to serve you. You're not supposed to be here." Again, no reason was given. We again left, very calmly. Corporate has been contacted, and will be contacted again come Monday morning. We are also waiting to hear back from the district manager. This company will never get my business again, and I will let anyone I come in contact with know about the treatment of regular paying customers.

Listen there is only one good cook at this store that's the only good thing about this place...we came here on a Sunday morning for a QUICK breakfast....seeing as it's a fast food place...took 30 minutes for our food...the lady said she was gonna bring it out after us standing and waiting forever...finally I went up to see our food just sitting there...trust me I understand they have a relationship with their regular customers but we shouldn't be treated any different...get it together Hardees...we all know this is a race thing but if I went into detail I would be ridiculed...never have I been so hated for my skin color...i am sorry but not all white people are mean...or hate black people...i for one love everyone and every color because underneath it all we are all one race and that's the human race....
Hardee's is very close to my house so a couple days a week I go through in the morning and get a Frisco breakfast sandwich for myself and some Hashrounds for my three year old. The manager that is usually working during the week in the morning is SO NICE. Sheri that works there is so nice to and remembers my name even if it's been a few weeks since I've been there! It can take a while to get your food (like 3 to 5 minutes sometimes) but it tastes fresh so I don't complain. I also love the rewards app that you can get in the Google Play store! I use it almost every time I go there!
Burger hot and fresh and put together just like the ad! BUT 10.00? No way. For that money, I can go to a steakhouse and get a far better burger!
Fresh hot food. Manager made sure we had fresh hash rounds. Only down side was the floors were sticky.
Went in and looked at the menu for a bit as the employee was chatting up a storm with a friend or customer without even a greeting or acknowledgment we were there. Place smelt like they had mopped the place using a urinal. Didn't bother ordering anything as the smell alone threw off any appetite.
10% military discount. They have remodel the store a couple of times but have not done anything in the mens restroom. It seriously is in need of a 5000 touch up remodel. Food prices are getting high again.
Their staff just plain sucks. When you have to wait over 15 minutes at the ordering board while going thru the drive- thru and not being acknowledged, well that's just beyond being unprofessional. I understand the lunch rush but customer service is important but they just don't care.
