Joe is a top notch individual and professional. I just relocated to the area and had no one to refer me to a tech to assist in getting my laptop up and running again. I contacted him by phone and he was willing to give me some suggestions to see if I could resolve the issue on my own before bringing it in. Joe Harmon was extremely helpful, and even when there were unexpected bumps along the way he communicated with me and got the job done. The price was not over the top either. If you need your computer's fan replaced like I did then make sure to give 911 Express Tech a call!

I called today because my laptop wasn't working properly. It wouldn't turn off and my screen was black. He told me I could come in and he would take a look at it and see what was wrong with it. I walked in and he was away from from the door due to COVID-19. He asked if I was okay with the distance and I responded. He started working on my laptop and got it fixed! He told me what to do next time in case it happens again! He was super friendly and very patient with me! I recommend him to anyone!
Cracked iPhone XR screen. Was in a dire emergency. Shop was closed but the man (forgot his name I’m sorry) was amazing and still fixed my phone and educated me on what the diagnostics he ran meant also. Will definitely recommend to any one needed to fix their iPhone.
