It's really frustrating that this location is closed on random occasions. I wanted this for lunch today, pulled up and sure enough there's ANOTHER sign on the door stating they're closed. This has happened 2 or 3 times before. I understand we're still in pandemic, however at least delivery and pick up should still be available if customers can't come inside. Did an employee get Covid? They just recently opened back up the dining room so what exactly is the problem??? Oh and btw, I still have not been refunded for an order that I canceled bc it was not ready for pick up when they said it would be and I had to get to work. This was about a month ago. I will be calling to have this straightened out.

The price is reasonable for what you get. They have never disappointed in the past. The bakery items are fresh and the coffee is hot. The have clean bathrooms for when you have to cop a squat. There is plenty of parking which is outdoors so dress appropriately for the weather. There is also outdoor seating available.
I have been coming to this location for breakfast multiple times a week for the last couple years. My go to order is the bacon, egg, and cheese breakfast sandwich on a brioche roll with over easy egg, a green tea, and the Greek yogurt with mixed berry parfait. I like extra granola with my parfait. Depending on who takes my order, the price they charge me for extra granola differs. According to the manager extra granola in the system is 4.98! 4.98!!!! That’s the same price of my sandwich!! A couple months ago the price was about 2.50 and now it doubles?? Not to mention when the restaurant was closed for dining in and I had to do curbside half the time my order was wrong!!! It’s so frustrating because I love my parfait so much and will continue to come but they really need to evaluate their staff and re consider the price for extra granola. 4.98, pshhhhhhh!
Today is 11/13. As I'm writing, the dining room is closed. Order online and pick up or have it delivered. They're still serving up fantastic food and delicious coffee drinks. I just tried the broccoli cheddar mac and cheese and it was so good. Worth the order.
Signs everywhere encouraging people to wear a mask during the Covid 19 pandemic. I'm waiting for my Cuban sandwich and half of the food preparers have masks on their heads but the masks ARE NOT COVERING THEIR NOSES! Why bother to wear them ESPECIALLY if you are a food handler!?!?!

Panera bread always provides excellent customer service to me no matter where in the country I am.
Definitely recommend going for lunch with much cheaper prices the service was still wonderful during the day and nice and quiet
