Very slow service. 35 mins in drive thru. Cashier seemed depressed taking my order. No chicken sandwiches available. Ended up with bucket of chicken. Food was good. (...once we got it..)

KFC was the bomb back in the day. Still enjoy the flavor of their chicken! I avoid the Southside location, as it isn't as clean and well-managed as their Northside location. The wife loves their chicken pot pies!
I asked for a add on in addition to the value meal an order of fries and they forgot to give them to me, but they didn't charge me so all was okay.
Too many incompetent and selfish employees at this location. Sat in the drive through, at 8:10 PM, for 20 minutes while calling into the speaker before an employee even recognized someone was there. The employee then proceeded to say \ please hold on.\ I am the only person in the lot. If the owner sees this please try and find some good help.
