Went in to make a payment, also to get a appraisal. Was super fast and efficient, also the women helping me was so polite and helpful, I believe her name was Diana P!

Came by today to renew insurance. The front door is locked sign shows open. Hours are state they are open until 530pm. I knock on the door because it is locked twice. The second time the lady with her stick on crooked eyebrows and lips that look like she she has an over dose of botox answer the door. She askes "Can I help you?" I reply "I'm here to make a payment on my insurance." She says "We are eating lunch and will be open at 12:02." I says to her "Your sign says open." She shrugs her shoulders and and says "so what." Shuts the door and walks away with her arms in the air. Freeway, you have just lost my business and I will make it my personal hobby, to make sure everyone in this town knows about your piss poor customer service with this lady.
