I recommend Richard Cole optician for everybody. After a dissapointing experience with specsavers, Richard and his team's professionalism is refreshing. They managed to read my prescription which was written in foreign language. If thats not professional than I dont know what is ! All together the whole team is superb !!!

I rang Coles and they have been nothing but helpful after other places being funny about the voucher, I said last year where I got tested at boots and dont like specsavers (people who say are better off i have no idea how). Its nice to know my headaches arnt in my head like it was made out to be. I was cared for amazingly due to my anxiety etc, I had to change an apt and the receptionists have been nothing but helpful they were lovely. Katie was lovely and sorted me out and Sarayah(sorry if I spell name wrong) was lovely and helped me choose glasses and they are beautiful! Thankyou everyone. For a wonderful experience
Took my daughter for an appointment here. The staff were all really lovely and friendly with both of us. Even though we took some time to choose my daughters new glasses the optician didn't rush us and offered suggestions for her. We had really personal service. We will be returning.

My daughter and I both had our eyes tested on Saturday. I was quite anxious about taking my little one as she is only four and struggles with her speech. When I explained my concerns the optometrist (Kate) adapted the test and used pictures. She was really encouraging and managed to keep her interested all the way through the test. She was also very patient, even when my daughter was ‘helping me’ during my test! Full marks and one suggestion... maybe consider text appointment reminders for forgetful mums like me!
