I've been to a few opticians in Liverpool but I've never been to one so accommodating. I had an eye test and bought my frames elsewhere but wanted to have lenses put in by Millicans so after the IPD measurement, then sent the frames off (to Ray Ban). When I got them back, I found there was a discrepancy so instead of vary focal, I decided to have my eye test done again but this time order two glasses; one for reading and another for driving. Both Shaun and Jill were absolutely superb in understanding the issue I had with the vary focal and sought to resolve the situation without complaint. I've been very impressed with their service and would strongly advise anyone to consider Millicans in Allerton as their first port of call.

I made an appointment for a repair. The lady at the time was very helpful and they did not take too long to repair. Also, I was not charged at all. Great service.
