Total is by far the best quality fuel you can find in France, especially the Excellium kind. Total Access gas station network gives you just that at a bargain price. If you care for mileage and cherish your vehicle's engine that's where you go tank up.
It's a petrol station. When I'm on a 6000 km road trip and I need petrol, I stop at a petrol station. I neither have any recollection of stopping at a petrol station that had run out of petrol, nor queuing for an unacceptably long time, nor being treated badly by staff. So, why not 5 stars? I'm not sure what outstanding service a petrol station might offer to justify 5 stars when the only interaction with staff is a simple financial transaction. It's just not a 5-star line of business.
