I had a very good experience here because your personnel and your owner is friendly, helpful and professional, i went here to find some items for my little cousins, i find that here and the place is very good. Also, i considered this place very amazing and clean. For readers, i will suggest that.

I have purchased from Imaginaire a fair number of times and recommend them to anyone looking for a game shop with good service, selection, and pricing. Their Canadian shipping rates are excellent and I usually receive the packages faster than from the online retail giants. Excellent service , too. Once had a minor issue with a book damaged in the mail and the owner was very accommodating.

My twins bought a boatload of Beanie Boos from Imaginaire. They are SO HAPPY! Toys came super fast and packed well. Prices were great and shipping was free. Will definitely be shopping there again!

I ordered from this store online because someone referred me to it stating they ship to the U.S. I placed my order of a little over 75 canadian dollars, and paying an additional 15 charge for shipping to the U.S. I was fine with that. I got a call 2 days later saying they would not process my purchase because they needed another 30 for shipping. I told them I had already paid the additional 15 fee for shipping to the U.S. and was informed that only covered to the border of the U.S. and that since I lived in Texas in the U.S. if I didn't pay the extra shipping they would cancel the order. I told them it was a breech of contract as they already had a hold for over 75 on my credit card. At that point he finally stated that he would be willing to cover half of the additional price. I told him that I would not pay more than already charged online. If it stated that they ship to the U.S. than they should honor their word, or fix it online. It's a very poor business practice to promise a price, and then call asking a customer for more money when you can't deliver what you promised online. I still have the receipt, call log, and message since he didn't reach me the first time.

Awesome location. They have stuff for almost any hobby you can think of. The sport card inventory is correct, but they sell hockey only (no baseball or football) and they don't restock it often. All their prices tend to be on the high end, not to say overpriced if you compare them online or to other hobby shops. They don't like to bargain with you, even you spend lots of dough. Maybe if they get more local competition, the balance experience would be more toward the customers. They also try to develop other locations, such in Levis and Sherbrooke, but they carry just the minimal stuff (puzzles, board games...) and no single trading cards, postage stamps or coin there.
