If you need custom work done, they will work with you. Friendly, professional, great shop for a little town. Never had a problem, only put 4/5 because there is always room for improvement.
Make sure to take pictures of your vehicle before dropping it off. The symbol circle in the middle my wheel is missing. First I was told that it came off and was left off in my car, once I confirm that it wasn't in my car. They said it came in like that. Also didn't have the parts to do the job, over all very disappointed.
They did a vehicle inspection, it did not pass inspection, sent me a text saying my vehicle was ready. They did not call me and tell me why my vehicle did not pass inspection, or whether they should fix any of the items. I went to pick up my car assuming it passed and they had failed it. Poor communication. Will not go there again
I bought all season tires from OK Tire and also had them installed and balanced there. Everyone I dealt with was very professional, friendly and prompt with their communication throughout the service. I would highly recommend OK Tire to anyone!
