I'm quite surprised to see this business star rating. However looking at the reviewers, they only have 1 review on their profile which is the review they did for this place so...says a lot... I came here to have my Samsumg 10 plus phone screen replaced. They offered me 2 options - genuine or fake - I went with genuine and paid 240. Upon picking up my phone and returning home, I realised that the screen was faulty - slow reaction to my finger tapping and the fingerprint did not work at all. Also, the speaker phone stopped working. I called them and made 3 attempts to resolve this issue. I want a refund but they are refusing to offer it to me, they are telling me that they will replace it. They have broken my trust so why would anyone opt for a replacement? I would not recommend this place to anyone!

I have been to this store a few times in the past and I am always impressed by how friendly and professional the staff are. I have had my phones repaired promptly and more recently they also gave me some advice regarding a data issue. I really appreciate the help you gave to me and my daughter recently regarding a data issue which you offered advise on and supported us with. Really appreciate your service and how you went out of your way to help me resolve this. Excellent service, thanks again.
The guys at Quick Fix Phone shop just fixed my daughter's iPhone SE. They were quick and sounded like they knew what they were doing. They were also very affordable and honest in their pricing. Thank you
