Calle Budin. The home of the famous Budin of Tayabas. Every time I would pass Quezon Province, I would try to pass by Tayabas. Buy some Budin as \Pasalubong\ or Present for friends and love ones in Manila. Their Budin is different from the usual Cassava Cake. Budin is heated using \Pugon\ or the old fashion stone oven. Since my early childhood, Budin is one of my favorite Filipino delicacy dessert. This street is open 24/7. 5 Stars from me!
