My first time attempting to get service from this place was so frustrating that I just gave up and sought out another laboratory. I called the lab on a Wednesday to make an appointment and was told that one wasn’t necessary and that I can walk in for the service I needed any day of the week. The referral my doctor gave me had the 147th St address on it. I went to the lab a week later on a Wednesday. When I walk up to the building, I noticed the gate was locked. I called the number on the referral and was told that this location is closed until further notice. I had already paid for an hour parking after taking a long time to even find a parking spot. The person I spoke to said I can head over to the Long Island City location or the Elmhurst location. I head over to Elmhurst since it was closest, only to find out that location was also closed on Wednesday. I had also paid for an hour of parking at this new location after driving around for a long time. This was so frustrating! I called back and asked about the actual hours and why I wasn’t given this information before. This was so much time and money wasted that I decided not to even attempt to go to another location or even go back at all. I called my insurance and asked fo another lab that would perform the same services and hopefully one that cares about their customers enough to mention such essential information about location closures and operating hours.

This laboratory is one of the good laboratory from Xeron. Inside this office was so clean and quiet environment. Service was also very good. Front desk was helpful.

Horrible customer service at the front desk. As I'm asking questions someone else just chimed in rudely and telling me they cant do anything. I wasn't finished explaining the possible solutions with the other halfway nice person.
