Great place to go for a great atmosphere . Lovely food. Plus amazing staff
Friendly staff, very courteous. Our daughter is lactose intolerant, Chef came out and discussed options for her and made a special dish. Had onion rings, southern fried chicken, and chicken wings for starters, all cooked to perfection and well presented, I had a medium cooked rump steak, again cooked perfectly, chef came out to check all was to our satisfaction, as did staff, by far the best pub meal I have had literally in years and good prices! Strongly recommended this place. Well done to the staff!!
Lovely place, proper pub! When trains run late it's there to enjoy. Even make time in my journey for last few years to call in for a pint because of how good it is. Well worth getting a train to Swindon just to visit, has pool table, sweet outside area & friendly staff/customers. Always 5 star from me.
Great pint of Longhorn and a decent sausage butty, what more could you ask for!
