Its really bad , i took an appointment in online and reach over there on time , but they are not accept my online appointment they told me i need to call and make a appountment , but 2 days before i call that number and they told me walk in is available wow its really fu**** amazing so please make sure that before anybody go ......

Be prepared to wait about 1.5-2 hrs. The reason I am giving them 3 stars is because the person who took care of my test was very nice and moved quickly. There is about 5 chairs in the waiting area and 15-20 people standing. There is no room for social distancing and if you don't wait inside you risk not hearing them call your name to be seen. Also some people do not know how to wear their mask properly and remain 6ft apart.
Worst location. Had to wait 40min for someone to come up to reception and was told that he had a lunch. Disrespectful stuff
The waiting time is ridiculous. I scheduled an appointment, came 15 minutes early to ensure I checked in, and fill out paperwork and still was not seen during my appointment. Waiting area is not properly ventilated and given the nature of COVID-19 I did not feel safe being in a confined space of 15 people. Definitely would not recommend.
Updated my review from 1 Star...still gets one star because their system sucks and human contact is next to impossible in scheduling..but the staff at this facility were very helpful and it's not their fault ...
