The condiments that are added to the Colombian street food here definitely makes you feel as if you were in Colombia. The food is very authentic, but there’s some small misses. For example, the bread on the burgers is served cold, the cubano isn’t fully pressed, and the drinks are not fully topped. These little upsets and others discredit the strength of this fast food restaurant. But don’t discredit this place because of my specific remarks, as an immigrant from Colombia, I’d be the first to tell you that this place does a great job at bringing a little bit of home to the streets of NYC.

Ya no vallan a este lugar. Se volvio una porqueria. Vallan para Prontitos mejor. I ordered a hotdog. It only had two drops of ketchup, no mayonnaise, no mustard and no apple or garlic sauces. These are a must in colombian street food. I also ordered a sandwich, an They gave me a sandwich with 1 pound of onions. Two slice of old tomato, an old slice of lettuce for a 15 inch sandwich. Few strips of meat, and no sauces. See their menu, everything is the same. Asked for a Cuban sandwich, they give you a ham ONLY sandwich. Quality is garbage here. Go to PRONTITOS or elsewhere. I used to love this place. As usual with Latinos. They damage the quality. but keep raising prices.
I feel bad for this review but I don’t know if it was the restaurant or the delivery service Postmates. But my food was cold and soggy. For the prices they charge it’s absolutely ridiculous. Maybe takeout would be different but as delivery just terrible.
Great taste in all their food, and the service is awesome, will defo be back for more!!
