Glass of wine comes, waiter apologizes for the dirty glass that he noted himself and offer to change it. Second glass comes back, still dirty, we ask to please change, he notices, apologizes and goes on to change again. We notice he is just pouring wine from the dirty glass into the next dirty glass. This photo is from the third glass, the photo does not even show how obviously dirty this was. I ask for the bill, he goes and charges me 9 for the two untouched drinks and we leave. Dirty glasses are never acceptable, but how is this going on during pandemic? What is the standard for the rest of the food? And what kind of customer service is this? I could not believe this just happened.

Our first visit to the queens head, and definitely wont be our last! We had a Sunday roast....and it was by far the best weve had....followed by delicious desserts..all members of staff made us feel very welcome. X we look forward to returning soon.!
Lovely pub, service was outstanding landlord and his team couldn't have been more helpful. Our labrador was treated like royalty! 5 stars and back twice again on our weeks holiday Honey doesn't want to come home thank you!

Love the outdoor bar/kitchen. Staff all really friendly, really tasty food at decent prices. Will go again.
