Frank the sales person who was shady and made false claims to trick us into signing a lease. Promising one thing but months later when we called to verify the leasing details, the manager denied they promised the package . Frank has left the dealer. I will never refer anyone to them. And they will never get my business again. Plus they didn’t let us know the car return location is far away in Long Island. Also way too many spam calls even after we called and asked them to stop calling us.

Is my van dealer serviced vehicle? Yes. This is my just serviced 2017 Pacifica Hybrid from the bayside Chrysler dealer. My vehicle has replaced two engine mounts and transmission mount. They held my vehicle for 3 weeks to be repaired. They parked my vehicle outside on the street and got a parking ticket. Right after I picked up my car and I heard some noises from the bottom of my vehicle while I was driving. Look what I have found. There are missing cover nuts and the covers was hitting the road...... no professionalism at this service dealer. What a shame.....may junkyard shops do service better!

Please be careful. I bought a Jeep Wrangler 2021 and in the accounting dept they used someone else's name as a cosigner so other banks didn't approve a loan for me. And my excellent credit score was 740 at the time. I was forced to use Chrysler's auto loan and whatever interest fees entails. They will say it was an auto fill error but most dealerships do this fraud very often. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED. I'm never going here again. The accountant name is Bobby. Thanks for nothing.
