Lovely local pub in the centre of Slapton village, Devon. Has several historic photos of the village requisition by US army, for training and in preparation of D-day landing. Also has own car park, which is convenient given narrow roads in the village.

A lovely country pub, nice choice of beers, food was great and staff were friendly and helpful. Will definitely visit next time we're in the area.

The staff at the Queens are excellent and very helpful. Always made me feel welcome when visiting. The food is good and portions are big. There is a lovely beer garden towards the back of the building. Dog friendly.
Visited today, the staff were very friendly and the food was both reasonably priced and very good, portion size was more than adequate. With plenty of choice on the menu. Covid precautions were in place and well adhered to. Will certainly visit again
