Really impressed on my first visit to this butcher, takes his provenance really seriously as well as his food miles. Everything is sourced locally, the beautiful rump steak we had today was 6 weeks old and we were even treated to a photo of beast from which it came. Looking forward to the well prepared and we'll scored, boned shoulder of pork roast for tomorrow. A really passionate butcher, we will be back next week.

Absolutely disgusted!! Ordered 2 x frenched racks of lamb for dinner party over two weeks ago; went to collect this morning to be told that they had been sold! Not particularly apologetic about it, in fact didn’t seem that bothered! Won’t be using this butchers again!
