I was seen by Dr Lobo and his team at the acute medical unit for chest pains. They were all very professional with their care, and put me at ease. Staff throughout the hospital were kind, helpful, and conscientious. One of the best hospitals I've visited. Thank you very much.

Weds 4th Nov, I spent 8.5 hours lying (quite comfortable), on a trolley in Resus, with a terrible Diabetic complication. To say the staff were polite, helpful, caring, 'on the ball', rushed off their feet is a grand understatement. It was an extremely busy (full) department and there were certainly not enough staff. Then there are other staff that do not get enough recognition - a pair of young ladies regularly coming round and thoroughly cleaning every 'nook and cranny'. The guys offering refreshments (if allowed), but again, wonderfully friendly/caring. Every member of staff I met deserved a medal. A 5 Star service all round. Thank you all very much and please, stay safe.

Went into A and E suspected dislocated jaw. Seen quickly and efficiently and staff were friendly, caring and kind. Impressive infection control precautions with social distancing and hygiene stations everywhere.

Nothing followed through, nobody communicates with anybody else. Really badly organised, somebody will come to change pads, makes three journeys to get all equipment. Notes take three days to get to your DR who cannot carry on treatment until he has heard from them. So the reason you were sent in escalates back to where you started. Total waste if time.
