I love that the park is WELL LIT. One thing that I really like about parks is really good lighting because it makes everyone feel safe. During winter we have really long nights and really short days; whenever you can, go to park to relieve stress, it's really important to relax! The only frustrating thing about coming to the Olympic Park is the parking is really bad. Everywhere is all permit holders. The only way you can avoid this is visiting on Sundays.

Nice open area, great for a casual stroll with a friend or a partner, can be a family spot. There are some sorts of playgrounds plotted around but it's mainly good for a stroll or a having a seat and chatting next to the river or strolling along its edges. Very peaceful atmosphere, though parts of the park have roads going through them.

I went for a walk around the Olympic Park yesterday, I live locally and come here all the time. It’s a great space and has so much to offer, the park is mapped out nicely with a vast array of things to do and see. I come here to exercise, I come here to have picnics with friends or even just to walk about and clear me head. The park is always kept clean and tidy even though the amount of people that come here. There’s so many great transport links and a lot of different parts to the park. I would recommend this park to anyone looking to find something to do, even if you just finish shopping in westfields you can come for a little walk about! thanks for reading

It always amazes me how mature this landscaped part of the river Lea is, a few years after the 2012 Olympics. A great legacy that enhances the options for those seeking recreation or relaxation in East London.

My favourite park in London! This lockdown has allowed me to explore this Olympic Park at every corner. The main attraction is of course the Olympic stadium, orbit, Olympic ring, aquatic centre, velodrome, copper box etc. Linking along the canal heading towards Hackney marshes. This is definitely one of the pleasant walk you can do anytime of the year! I am glad to be staying around this park.
