You’d think it’s common sense to send a notice, email, flyer, knock on the door, ANYTHING before shutting off water to change the meter system (no notice of that either), but nope. Please alert your residents before shutting off water, it’s basic knowledge to do so, especially when they’ll be seeing a suspicious individual on their property (using their own car without a company logo). But that’s what you get when queen creek water uses the cheapest contracting company/workers and is incompetent enough to forego common sense.

Tried setting up new service online for the next day, applied, they said they'd call. Cut to the next day, we had to call because they never did. Needed service that day, so they charged us for same day service charge.
